Not included
No admission, reservation, basket hold, transport, package, visitor-category advice, or successful checkout is included. the official annefrank.org checkout controls live ticket prices, visitor categories, times, payment, amendments, refunds, and the final confirmation. Recheck the complete order there before paying.
No-alert refund
If every monitored date passes without any availability alert, request the no-alert refund through support within 30 days. An alert for any selected acceptable product counts as delivery.
The official product behind €6 once for a focused alert
For this €6 once for a focused alert page, the product boundary is specific: The Anne Frank House can be visited only with an online ticket for a specific start time; tickets are not sold at the door. Standard museum entry and museum entry with an introductory program are separate official choices. Amsterdam Museum Slot currently monitors standard museum entry only, not the introductory program. An alert can identify capacity for a selected date and party size, but the official time, visitor category, non-transferable ticket terms, and payment must all be checked on annefrank.org.
Where the alert service fits
Applied to €6 once for a focused alert, the service works as follows: The setup accepts the monitored product, up to three dates, and party size. It does not preselect a time or visitor category. €6 pays for monitoring, not admission. A clean capacity match can trigger email, but it neither holds inventory nor guarantees checkout. Open the official seller, choose a usable time, verify every visitor and condition, and treat only its completed confirmation as a ticket.
